nw pa | usually they don't start in the high air volume area. the dust and debri blow out of that area. Usually start in the nooks and crannies where no air gets to, they then smolder and burn before they hit the air. Problem is their are so many places like this on a combine it would be difficult to moniter them all.
Tim probably has the best idea, better to have good insurance, than a poor combine. | |
