Central Iowa | I guess my point is, along with many other people, is the more they try to idiot-proof things the more miserable it is for those of us that are slightly above the idiot category. When I catch a ride to the field I just hate that I can't jump out of the car as soon as it stops because the door is locked. Most times the driver doesn't think to place car in park after stopping. Then the driver wonders why you aren't getting out. Shouldn't the inside door handle override the power locks, at least in the front seat where kids shouldn't be anyway? The rear seat I can understand for the safety of children. | |
