Subject: Spacing in Europe

Alsace 47°52'46"N 7°24'30"E
Standard spacing here is 23 cm (9") it allows for an all purpose disk.
Those that run in wheat stalks sometimes use 19 cm (7" 1/2) spacing
26 cm (10" 1/4) or 28 cm (11") depending on the manufacturer is considered wide spacing and only delivered upon order.
I ordered mine with 26 cm to do a better work in corn stalks and have more penetration weight per disk.
Disk diameter goes from 50cm (19" 5/8) to 72cm (28" 3/8) to match the spacing.
To fight against excessive wear, disks can be ordered in various thicknesses ranging from 5mm to 10 mm
