Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot
Thanks for letting us know what you think of it. I've always been impressed with the IVT, but haven't done any heavy tillage work it. Light tillage and heavy PTO use (rototiller) but that doesn't tax the trans much. The chief has been running the new 7520 IVT ripping ground all week, he says it is working great. Have to do my home place next as the onion harvest is just about done here, so hopefully I will get on it some. I know it will be a workout for it, 5 shanks ripping about 20-22" deep behind a 7520.

As far as the transport speed goes, I thought exactly the same thing when I first got that tractor up to speed. 6420 will run better than 30mph. To hard on tires and unsafe on a lot of roads. I can only imagine wheeling down the road fast with something heavy on behind (ie big baler). So are you keeping this tractor or looking for a new steed to pull the baler?
