If you wanted a new truck with a Powerstroke V8 engine but didn’t like Ford Motor Co, would you complain to Congress that Ford is manipulating the market by patenting features you want? Ford has 100% of the Powerstroke market and you couldn’t buy a Dodge with that engine if you complained all the way to Bill Ford himself.
Maybe this example doesn’t fit the seed situation but I think it is close enough to illustrate a point.
