I currrently have a 04 with the LB7 at 50,000 miles and haven't had any problems. Father had a 02 with 100,000 miles that was chipped (duramaximiser) and never had any problems. He just got rid of the 02 earlier this year and got a 06 and over the summer drove to alaska and back and didn't have any problems. Just like tractors or combines you will have some lemons and some gems.
