North Mo. | For us the manual locks are a plus. For sure they work and we like to start a load out say 250plus of grain in low side then shift to high side while moving slowly. I don't think you can do that with a electronic switch. Also it is much easier to back a trailer loaded in low side even if 4wheel drive is not necessary. O yes we have the old and I mean old 7.3 non turbo, a 2000 stroke and a 2002 dodge cummins all 1 tons. In fact I am so adament about the manual shift that I hate to even think about a new chore truck with a electric shift. Ben | |
