Whats wearing out?

Does Deere have a computer tracking program within its dealer network that tracks down every repair done by a dealer on every machine?   Just wondering as its a nice feature Cat dealers have.

Not sure if Im clear here, so just to clarify,

If I want a 55 cat, know the serial #, the Dealer will tell me the complete history of the machine such as what updates were done, were NOT done, mechanical problems at certain hours, fluid sampling periods.......etc.....
