Not trying to change the subject on this thread, but how did you get such good results from the Sentera single sensor?  I have the exact same setup and have not been able to get a good stitched image since I bought it almost a year ago.  What flight control/planning app are you using?  What stitching software?  And which set of images are you stitching to get a usable NDVI (are you stitching the ndvi output from agvault or stitching raw images and then processing them)?
