![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v248/houghta3/Monosem%20pictures/IMG_0076.jpg) Saginaw Michigan | priced one last winter. i think it was about 35K which i thought was a bit much, but what doesnt cost more than you thinkn nowadays! we found one to demo and used it on a couple hundred acres. i thought it did a pretty nice job where the ground was nice and loose already (fall ripped wheat stubble) it smoothed it off nice and was a dream to plant behind. used on some untouched cornstalks and planted sugarbeets behind it. it chopped them up nice and leveled it off. had about 1" of loose dirt on top. it did a better job though with 2 passes. dont think i will be buying one anytime soon. it is just too specialized of a tool. works great in certain conditions, but might as welll leave it unhooked in tough hard clay.
that was my short experience.....by the way, the beets behind the to the max in corn stalks were our worst, the beets behind the to the max on ripped wheat stubble, had an EXCELLENT stand, but yielded the same as the fields worked with the s-tine
if you want a used one i know of one for sale, think he wants 28K for it
