Central Il Morton | I have a 466 in my tiling machine that has a vibration between 1000 to 1600 rpm. It seems to go away at idle and at 2200 rpm.
I replaced the harmonic balancer which made no difference.
Also the straight pipe exhaust doesn't seem to blow a constant trail of black but more like a pulsing, puffing trail.
Pump and injectors were worked on 800 hrs ago.
Engine uses no oil in 200 hrs.
Any ideas what the problem is?
