I just bought my 1st combine this week. A New Holland TR86 with 3300 hrs. I've already finished 200 acres of custom work for some of my neighbours and hope to have my own beans finished tomorrow.
I farm 650 acres and have relied on a custom operator. This year he is so far behind due to poor weather that I decided it was time to get my own...It's working out great 'cause a number of the other custom guys are behind and my neighbours are all getting ancy too, so finding work is easy.
What sort of things should I be most aware of with this combine ?
