Soybeans need some air no matter what condition they come off the field in...If they are harvested on a nice sunny day they will need some air to relieve them of the heat they retain, and will benefit from aeration regardless of moisture level. I typically run the aeration fan as I am filling the bin, then a few sunny days per month until they are frozen in December.

P.S. We Canadian farmers can answer your questions just as well (at least I hope) lol
