Subject: Fall Princep/soybeans

Lapel, In
Anyone have a comment on fall applied Princep on corn stalks going to beans in the spring. The following is a post from another site on the subject:
Bob the 1lb of Princep on corn stalks going to beans was not a misprint . i know of farmers that are doing this in the fall and are having no problems. I planted beans after 2 lbs of Princep with no problems one year. This was several years ago, put on 1lb in the fall and then came back in April, put another lb on. This piece of ground laid on the wet side, the problem has since been fixed since we tiled it. Got to raining that spring and by the time I could plant, it was the first of July, so I decided to plant it to beans, didn't know what kind of mess I would have. The beans came up with no sign of any damage and made 40 bu.
