Do the blending yourself and you'll make the money the elevator is making. They don't like average tw and moistures and fm, They only make more profit on poor grain and the excellent testing grain. blend them off and you won't get docked. As far as moisture shrinkage, water is lost in the weight anyway. Actual loss is probably only 1.1% per point but elevator takes up to 1.6% that's 0.5% profit on every point they dry. So 25% corn, elevator makes:

10 points X 0.5% X$3 corn = $0.14 per bushel and charges you another $.25-.30 cents for drying your corn, and another $.50 for DP. and the list goes on! So fight back, invest in a $100,000 plus grain system.
