Baling on the ground? What are you stacking them on? Can the custom baler pick them up for you? I assume stack wagons are used around you? We use a bale thrower to load the wagons here. Two guys can unload about 200 bales an hour, but after 1000 they are pretty tired. That's in a big barn that is easy to unload into. Not throwing them through a window into someone's horse barn. I think to load 200 an hour you would need a driver, someone to pick up, and someone to stack the wagon. 5 hard workers that are used to hay and won't get blisters, 5 hours. My wife is tough. I think the word divorce would come up before we got anywhere close to 1000 bales alone.
