southern MN		Long pants, good shoes, and gloves. I prefer long sleeves, many people look at me odd with long sleeves in summer but I hate the scratched up arms.....

I prefer bale hooks, I can't really bale without them. Few use them any more, they don't know how to use them. If you get used to them can handle badly formed bales, and use your leg to throw (swing) bales, not your arms and back. Much easier on me.

Breaks are important, just a couple minutes here and there to keep yourself in form. Work hard until you drop and you can't recover, pace yourself.

Hope we get an update on how it all goes.
