I don't disagree with you or Oliver. I realize that rainfall can be sporadic, and is not something you can plan around.
And I do agree with the perpective of spreading manure when the soil is "fit to be on".
I just wanted to make the point that rainfall is considered a means of incorporation. Some people may not be thinking along those lines.
