I realize that anhydrous and hydrous are different animals but realize that if you are smelling manure you are likely losing ammonia.
If liquid manure is sprayed on top and knifed in side by side for a field of corn to be planted next year. No additional N used you will be able to pick out the line. That is evidence enough for me.
