Subject: safety switch

Galahad, Alberta
Yeah the safety switch for the hood is so mechanics who are unaware there is a remote starter wired in don't get hurt working on the motor. I've got three vehicles with them installed. When it's -30, sure is nice to hit the button, make sure she fires up, and have another cup of java before heading out. Just built a new house with double attached garage, so two of the starters have been switched off for safety. Funny how my truck still has to sit outside while the car and minivan get to live inside! As for the mysterious starting, I'd say the cold weather start function was turned on. It's starting to get cold enough over in the center of the universe where clay is for that function to kick in!
