On the Home tab, in the Cells group, click Format.
Under Cell Size, click Default Width.
In the Standard column width box, type a new measurement, and then click OK.
The easier way is to click on little square box above #1, and left of the "A" column, it will highlight the whole sheet, any adjustment made to one cell will be applied to all cells.
