One word of caution. If you have all of your primary farming business at the top and your other interests and personal at the bottom, make sure you clearly identify any taxable non-farm income at the bottom so you don't forget about it at tax time. Maybe even put the account name in caps.  You could have sub-categories as needed: ie W-2 income, etc.
