I tried that but it doesn't seem to run on (my) W10.
I do use one called "get Folder size" as my older Desktop has a rather small SSD and needs to be purged periodically.

A particular culprit is Adobe premiere saving video editing project backups.
You can generally clear out a lot of stuff in download folder too, once any programs have been installed you don't really need to save the installation file for example - though it would make sense to save any favourites to an external drive in case they are hard to find and download later.
