The type of fiber you get will determine what kind of module you need on the ends to do the conversion. You have a relatively short run for fiber, so about any kind out there will work. When you get links more than 2 kilometers, then you need to pay a bit more attention to the type of fiber you use.
For your use, I'd go with multi-mode fiber, either 50/125 or 62.5/125
This article is good info: https://www.multicominc.com/training/technical-resources/single-mode...

Here's an example: 150 meters (~492 feet) of multi-mode 62.5/125 fiber with the LC connector on both sides.

A lot of network switches have "mini-GBIC" ports. Have a look at the HP 1400-24G. It has two of the mini-GBIC ports. This is an old model of switch, but they're cheap and would work fine for this.

You can pick up mini-GBIC modules on ebay for pretty cheap - like $20/each.

If you don't have space for a switch, you can also get a device to convert from mini-GBIC to a single copper port. Here's one example:

Side note: although copper (CAT5 or CAT6) is officially limited to 100 meters, it will usually work farther than that. Use CAT6 because it's a better wire, crimp RJ45 connectors right on the ends, don't use patch cables on the ends since every connection reduces the signal. I'm pretty sure you can get 500 feet out of it at 100 Meg.
