NW KS | Is there any problem using cheap fiber in conduit like there is with using cheap cat networking cable? I have seen many people recommend to still use direct bury cat cable even when using conduit because of moisture concerns. I have been thinking about doing a run of either fiber or cat 6 cable between the house and the shop. I have a wireless setup now but there is a windbreak between the two and that really cuts down the signal strength. The run wouldn't be all that long, most likely it would be under 200 feet. | |
