i guess this is ethernet?
You probably have a bad card, usually it can be replaced but first try to find it in device manager, you might see a yellow triangle if it is faulty.
disabling and enabling sometimes helps.
I had one got damaged by lightning even through the router - you could actually see soot up the back - ran it with a wifi dongle instead for a couple of years.
