On google sheets click on "more functions" and scroll down to lookup. Vlookup I think would be the function I would suggest.  I did something very similar with pig medications years ago using excel using vlookup.  I am busy today otherwise I would make up an example.  Other brilliant members on this site may have better solutions. I will check back later.
