If you have a gmail account, one way is to make a shared album in you google photos account and then share it with the people who you want to see photos.  I have done this with friends and relatives after being at get togethers, then everyone can also add to the shared folder also so everyone sees all the photos.  You can share documents as well.
Google photos has some nice features. 
I also use WeTransfer.com for transferring large documents/folders.  Up to 2G for free.
