I started with their products a number of years ago sending a signal over a mile my my house to farm shop/yard.  Still working great.  Now that I have gotten into the UniFi line it makes it a lot easier to set up and manage. I just have been playing with the stuff on the farm and so far have 3 of the UniFi outdoor Mesh AP, a couple of the cameras, POE UniFi switch and a 2TB NVR of theirs.
Do you use a Cloud Key for remote management?  I was reading some on that but not sure how that all worked.  I am in my network at all times and never have to get in from outside but I assume that is what works easiest for remote diagnostics/setup.

All but one of my customers have a cloud key.  It makes setup a breeze and makes monitoring the system super easy.  Fortunately, the systems have been so reliable I haven't needed to do much or any troubleshooting after the initial installs.
