Subject: RE: WiFi from the shop to the house?

I extended my network from our house to my shop using a pair of TP-Link Powerline adapters. The model number I got was TL-PA4010KIT but there are others available. They were around $30 as I remember. At the end in the house I plug one in to a 110 power outlet and connect an RJ45 cable (came with the kit) to my router. At the shop end I plug it in and have a second WIFI router to connect to. My house and shop are on the same power transformer which is a requirement. The speeds aren't near as fast in the shop as the house but I find it acceptable.
