This is a good step to pursue (turning OneDrive off). I think it would also be good to know where your OneDrive folder is on your computer. - Open "File Explorer" again by clicking on the "Windows" button, typing "File Explorer" and hitting "enter"
- On the left pane, look for the "OneDrive" location
- Right click on "OneDrive" and select "Properties"
- Make sure you're on the "General" tab
What does it say after "Location"? Mine says "F:\" because I have moved my OneDrive folder from the C drive to the F drive. I assume yours says "C:\" but if it says something different that might be useful. |
