I've heard of RWI,, (riding while intoxicated)  some guy had lost his DL for DWI so he would ride his horse into town. Got stopped on his way home drunker than a skunk.

Don't recall where it was right off hand.  I've got not a clue how you would have a horse towed?  wait for a sober "driver" or call some one with a horse trailer to impound it??

Got to admit DWI on a bar stool is novel !!
