I also use Spybot, spyward guard, Clamwin, Lavasoft, and Norton internet security. (I don't use Norton's I.S. as it fights with AVG antivirus/firewall config settings, but I still have it just in case,just turned off)

It is impossible for any one antivirus to get all the KRAP on the net.  That is why I run 6-7 different antispyware programs all the time.

I would highly suggest going to my other thread where It says "EDIT" and down load and run the M.S. antivirus Tool.  It is specifically detailed to remove the conficker trojan. If you click on the removal tool you will find it also contains tools to remove another 30-50 or so nasty trojans and virus's
