Conficker has a "self-protection" built into it.. If you try to log into Microsofts website your computer WILL NOT log in. Best indication you have been infected with conficker..

That is partly why it's a particualy nasty virurs.

I have the removal tool down loaded to my desktop in case someone cant' log into Microsoft.. May be able to send to whomever wants it through an email.  Don't know for sure if that will work or not..
