I suggest you discontinue using floppy's. Move stuff either to the cloud or on cd's/DVD's or on a USB thumb drive. Maybe even a usb hard drive. But think about if you have stuff backed up but in the office or home, and there is a fire. Its gone and so is the back up. Please back up important stuff off site.
