Rivers, MB | Depends how elaborate you want to get. Simplest one I saw on the news a few days ago. They took a orange pylon (traffic style or kind used in a elementary school gym) and cut the top off so that the hole at the top of the pylon was around 6" in diameter. Then they hung it upside down between 2 sawhorses. It then acted as a funnel for the sand. Still need to use a shovel but was faster than trying to dump sand directly into a bag with the spade.
