Western Nebraska | What makes you think that any employee has a right to work at a certain company? Why shouldn't the owners of a company be free to operate it how they see fit? The problem with your idea is that it assumes a right to something that we don't have, namely a right to employment. If employees don't like the way a company is treating them they can leave, no one is forcing them to work where they are working. | |
