Anyone loose any fingers, toes, arms, legs while working on machinery? Quite a common sight with older farmers around here...
My dad lost a finger and half to a Gleaner L2 and cut off his big toe with a chainsaw (while cutting cribbing support for the same combine I think), luckily they were able to reattach the toe so he could balance properly. Both my dad's brothers have also lost digits in a machinery, one lost a finger to a mix mill, the other his thumb to a live pto. All things considered I have been pretty lucky this far, knock on wood.
