| I know very little about the dairy industry so maybe one of you dairy guys on this thread can answer a question for me: In view of the enormous cost of dairy quota as you're indicating, is Supply Management of the dairy sector of any value to you (other than the obvious market value of the quota itself)? Would you be better off without any such thing as quota and sell into a free market? I know the dairy guys in the U.S. are having a rough time now but in the long run is S.M. a benefit or hinderance to you?
