It's going to happen, anyone who sits back and looks objectively can see it coming. Heck, it has been happening for the past 25 years here. We can gripe here all day but not going to do a damn thing about it. As long as someone wants to farm 20,000 acres for $10 an acre rather than 2,000 for $100 it is what it is.

Happening earlier in some places than others.

Some people who defend it will probably change their tune when it hits their area.

No more stopping it than those little stores who tried to stop Wal-Mart.

I hate it, it sucks, but best learn to figure out how to live with it or start putting together your own exit strategy.
