I am not sure about Dr. Love but I feel the show "Two and a half Men" teaches a lot. Charlie is my idol!!
On a serious note the best time I think depends on the maturity of the child. Some may be 13, some may be 8. I have a ten year old that when it comes to conversation or argument does better and makes more sense than most adults. That scares me as I don't think as quick as most adults!! | |
