Missouri has a couple of programs, but you basically can't own anything to start off with. I looked into it a couple years ago and my 11 year old house on 73 acres of CRP made it so I didn't qualify, I don't remember the dollar amount but it was very little that you could own. I would check with rural development and the FSA.
