southern MN | Thanks. I'm on iOS so changing versions, going backwards is difficult. My version is the one that has the 'cold batteries but' in it, where if it is below 45-50 degrees the drone loses connection with the controller. I didn't run into that until they were several more versions along, and I was unwilling to get into the whole lot on process as you mention. I'd love to move one notch forward or backwards for cold season use, but not much happens in winter anyhow.
And as always, I'm not opposed to safe flying, I understand some of the implementations are to save us from ourselves. I just like simple. My drone iPad doesn't have cell service so really seems difficult to use it with the newest log in versions, but I don't fully understand that. (Don't want to scare others....)
