For some reason (probably Verizon and ATT have convinced legislators) the future is poised to make "wireless" internet access the way for "America to be on broadband".
I define internet access as being able to be online with no metering, on multiple (or single) devices at home.
Walking around with a smartphone aint internet to some of us.
