It appears to be related to your nVidia display driver. It may be out of date and incompatible with this version of Windows.

I'm not sure if it's necessary for actual display, or if it is just used as part of some add-on feature program. There are all kinds of settings possible for displays that are meaningless for everyone but avid gamers. I've found it safe to uninstall some of those added programs. You would want to do further research before you make that decision.
