Which Browser are you using?  Firefox? Internet Explorer? Chrome?  or?

I am using Firefox.  At the top right side, there is a star, which I go to when I want to pull up a bookmark. When I go to that star, I can open "Show all Bookmarks". That is what I selected.  When that is open, on the toolbar at the top, there is a menu for "Import and Backup". When you scroll down that menu, there is a selection for "Export to HTML"....

What I see is that it is set up to export as HTML.  When you click "Save", it will save your bookmarks to your hard drive as an HTML file.  Make sure you know where you save it to. (You can change the folder location, or even create a new folder titled "Bookmarks", so you know where they are at.)

That should get them saved.
