Iowa | You can highlight the area of the spreadsheet you want to email. On the "home" tab there is a copy section. Click on that and it will give you the option to copy the highlighted area as a picture. You can then open a blank word file and paste what was copied to that word file. Give that word file a name, save it, and attach it to your email. (you could paste it to another blank spreadsheet instead of the word file)
That's one way to do it. There are others.
