Near-north Ontario, French River | I have a folder set up for financial type stuff, so yes the email goes into that folder and is stored there. I've looked through outlook settings and I don't see anywhere that attachments are disabled... I can still open attachments ( from the same folder even) without issue, but all my other emails containing attachments aren't secure emails.... It seems to have something to do with windows and the secure email part of adobe. Last night on a whim I unistalled Norton from my laptop and did a fresh install thinking maybe it was a glitch... still nothing. On the plus side the advisor is sending a package via registered mail until I get this figured out. |
