I’m not aware if android tablets have the ability of using a mouse. Your best option is a windows laptop and most likely go with a external card reader like other poster suggested. Windows 10 has a store app and that might be your best bet for games ad supported or free once you have the laptop. Best Buy or Walmart probably also sells different cd/dvd with multiple games.

I’m guessing ultimately you might get frustrated with these laptops speed and performance but just be a little patient and they should serve you needs
