West Union, IOWA FLOLO Farm 52175 | The corn on corn post revived my old question how do guys doing strip follow them when sidedraft and contours come into play. My Deere salsman has been bragging up all of Deere's auto steer capabilites and they should have no problem on the ground I farm...he,he,grin.
Sunday he took a group of guys out to the feild, deer hunting and walked well over 7 miles of my feilds. Now he says he has a new respect for the ground I farm and admits auto steer probaly won't work on about half the feild pictured below(45 terraces and alot of F&G slopes. So my biggest question would be, How would you guys navigate this as, eyeballin it can be a challenge,????-loran
